Ordering and delivery


How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 12 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after dispatch for your tracking information to activate.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All US orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee which will be displayed at checkout.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. Every order comes with tracking. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after dispatch for the tracking link to update with live information.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional markets. If you are outside the US, please check back soon or email us at support@knollwellness.com to register your interest.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds


What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at support@knollwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please email support@knollwellness.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo or short video showing the damage. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please email support@knollwellness.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will resolve this for you immediately by sending the correct product at no additional cost.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Every product in the Knoll Wellness range is individually assessed for build quality, performance, and longevity. We work with trusted suppliers who meet our standards. If a product does not perform to the level we expect, it does not make the range.

Are your products suitable for professional use?

Our products are designed for personal wellness and recovery use. They are professional-grade in terms of performance and build quality, and are used by athletes, fitness professionals, and wellness enthusiasts. They are not intended as medical devices.
