Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During high demand periods processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframe
We currently ship to the United States only. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 12 business days. You should expect to receive your order within 6 to 15 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control including customs processing, carrier delays, and weather events.
Shipping costs
All US orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
Every order placed with Knoll Wellness comes with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after your dispatch confirmation for your tracking information to activate and display live updates.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@knollwellness.com within 3 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and reship at our discretion where appropriate. Claims submitted more than 3 days after the marked delivery date may not be eligible for investigation or reshipment.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Knoll Wellness is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@knollwellness.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
