At Knoll Wellness we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for a refund
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund unless they are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
How to request a refund
Email support@knollwellness.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refund processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged email support@knollwellness.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic or video evidence. Where a valid claim is submitted we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting evidence may not be eligible.
Opened or used products
Items that have been opened or used are assessed on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to offer a refund or replacement on opened or used products that are not faulty or damaged. Contact support@knollwellness.com and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Non-refundable situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances: the return request is made after 14 days of delivery, the item has been opened or used and is not faulty or damaged, the item is not in its original condition or packaging, or the item was damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
